Melting Point and solubility: mp5051. Insoluble in water, freely soluble in ethanol and ether.      

Brief: white needle,tangeretin belongs to Flavonoid    

Pharmacology: Anti-fungal action, anticarcinogenic effect. It can inhibit the proliferation of sub-tumour cells in vitro and inhibit the release of basophil histamine. It can also inhibit the shrinkage of smooth muscle cells.
